Jesse Hall

Jesse Hall was born on July 21, 1962, and departed this life on July 11, 2019, at home with his family by his side in Tallulah, Louisiana. Jessie was born to the late Viola Hall Anderson and Jessie Goodman in Sondheimer, Louisiana.

Jessie accepted Christ at an early age. At the time of his passing, he was a member of Pleasant Grove #1 Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Oscar Wade Hamilton, Jr., while living in Tallulah, Louisiana, where he raised his children. He repented of his sins and came into holiness until his death. He was a faithful member until his sickness came upon him. Jesse was a big-hearted person who helped anyone, loved spending time with his family and friends, spoiling his kids and grandkids, and he always wore a big smile that will be missed.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Viola Hall Anderson, father, Jessie Goodman, two brothers, Leroy nephews, and friends.Hall and Sauls Willis, and two sisters, Gertia Hall and Virginia Hall.

Jesse leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Gloria Ann Owens Hall; three sons, Jessie Lee Galvin (Latasha) of Sun Prairie, WI, Ladarion Williams and Jar’Tacion Callier of Tallulah, LA; one step-daughter, Lakeshia Owens of Vicksburg, MS; five brothers, Robert Hall (Mary) of Forrest City, AR, Martin Hall of Las Vegas, NV, Curtis Hall (Kim), McKinley Hall of Tallulah, LA, and Roy Lucas (Helen) of Tallulah, LA; three sisters, Maxine Killensworth (Ray) of Vicksburg, MS, Audrey Stevens (Steve) of Salinas, CA, Laura Lucas of Tallulah, LA, and Edna McDaniel Woods of Tallulah, LA; one aunt, Margret Finley of Las Vegas, NV; and a host of nieces,
