On October 25, 1959, Nick and Martha Young Jackson was blessed with the gift of Bobby Ray Jackson aka Bob-bo. Bobby was reared in the love and admiration of the Lord. He attended public school in Delhi, Louisiana and later moved to Texas. Bobby had a love for his family and friends that was amazing. To really know Bobby, you had to love him, because he had a heart of gold.
On Thursday, August 1, 2019, God called Bobby’s name and he answered the call. There are loved ones who has gone on before him; parents Nick Sr. and Martha Young Jackson; seven brothers, Leonard Jackson, Herman Jackson, Robert Jackson, Cardell
Jackson, Joe Jackson, Eugene Young Sr, Charles Jackson; and three sisters, Alice Young, Leola McCain, and Katie Brown.
Bobby leave to cherish his precious and loving memories three children: Reginald Thomas aka Reggie (Verlencia) of Hitchcock, Texas, Tamiko Thompson, of Baton Rouge, La, and Brian Premo (Ameya Rogers) of Webster, Texas, one grandchild, Alyssa Premo, of Webster, Texas; four brothers: Lee Jackson, Nick Jackson (Nettie), all of Delhi, La., Perry Jackson (Marlene) of Epps, La, and Earl Jackson (Earlene) of Bakersfield, Ca. and four sisters: Bennie Lee Fletcher, of Bakersfield, Ca. Inez Johnson, Lois McCoy (John), Doris Jackson (Robert Cleveland) of Delhi, La; and a host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. However, Martha Surnet Jackson Lathan, Charlie Jackson Jr., and Tellis Jackson has always held a special place in his heart, you three hold your head up God has not forgotten you; He feels your pain. Vanessa Thomas Jackson, you were a friend to the end, thank you.

We shall not mourn our loved ones passing but rejoice in the memories we have of him which will always be dear to our hearts. We know that he has gone to a place where he will never grow tried.
