Eddie Roach was born February 6, 1944, in Tensas Parish to proud parents James Roach and Leila Roach.
Eddie received his education from the Madison Parish School System where he graduated with the class of 1963. Upon graduating high school, Eddie enlisted into the United States Army to protect our country. He served until he was honorably discharged.
He furthered his career path by working for the Madison Parish School Board as a bus mechanic and bus driver for 27 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Henry Caldwell.
Eddie leaves to cherish his memories: two sons, Eddie Gaines (Vickie) and Jackie Roach (Lora); one daughter, Ursula Roach; six brothers, Lee Earl Berry, Robert Roach, Arthur Roach, Alfred Roach, Alton Roach (Andrea), and Wesley Roach (Patricia); two sisters, Caroletta Roach and Rosie Roach; sister-in-law, Ann Caldwell; eleven grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
