Elder Terry Lee Jones was born on October 8, 1963 to a proud mother, Pastor Dorothy Jones. Elder was preceded in death by his father, Karroll White, Sr.; two brothers, John and Karroll White, Jr.; three sisters, Phyllis Denise Jones, Djuna-Hayes Jones, and Karry (Tiny) White; maternal grandparents, Pratt (Rosetta) Jones.
Elder Terry Lee Jones was united in holy matrimony to Lawanda Ann Lewis on June 28, 1990. They resided in Tallulah, Louisiana and were blessed to birth and raise seven children in the fear of God, during their union.
Although he was baptized at an early age, Elder Terry was a very spirited, strong, and active young man in his youth. That earned him the name of “Shiek”. He learned to anoint many with his hands even before he answered the call to ministry. He answered and accepted the call to ministry on February 03, 2001 and served faithfully at Faith Deliverance and Jesus Last Day Ministry, founder Apostle Stella Broadway. As a man in ministry, he preached the uncompromising gospel of holiness in Jesus Christ. Elder Terry had a great passion for ministry, family, fishing, and the Dallas Cowboys. Although he was a big man in statue, he was a “Gentle Giant” with a “contagious love” that touched the lives of others everywhere he went.
Elder Terry Lee Jones leaves to cherish: seven children, Terry (Ebony) Jones, Lakeesha-Adrian (Natchez, Ms) Shantell (Nathan) Barnett, Antron (Alberta) Jones, Erica-Patrick and Anaja Jones (Tallulah, La), and Quinterrius-E’Nyah (Eldorado, Ark); mother, Pastor Dorothy J.
