Psalm 23:1
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.
Yolanda Denise Johnson of Tallulah, LA was born on January 15, 1978, to proud parents, Regina J. Dunbar of Vicksburg, Mississippi and Otis Winston of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She confessed Christ at an early age. She was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, where she served as a choir member.
On November 23, 2019, the Lord called Yolanda’s name, and she answered. The Lord then released her from the troubles of the world. The Lord said, “Well done, good and faithful servant. Come with me and find rest.”
She leaves to cherish her memories to: three brothers, Otis Winston, Jr., of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Doyle Davis, Jr., and Bobby Dunbar, Jr., of Arlington, Texas; four sisters, Lekeysha J. West of Arlington, Texas, Latasha Williams (Keith) of Baton Rouge, LA, Latanya Davis (Dexter) of Sondheimer, LA, and Shamekia Johnson of Vicksburg, MS; two sons, Charles Bryant Atkins, Jr., and Brandon Chamar Atkins; three grandchildren, Karter Bryant Atkins, Braidon Chamar Atkins, and Brandi Charaji Atkins, all of Tallulah, LA; Diana Akins-Guy, auntie, uncle, cousins and a host of nieces, nephews and other family.
