Naomi Hamilton

Naomi Glispy Hamilton was born in Tallulah, Louisiana on November 26, 1945, to Rogers Lee Glispy, Sr., and Cyntree Glispy. She was educated in the Madison Parish school system.  She was a member of the East Star Baptist Church of Tallulah, LA, pastored by Reverend Tommy Watson, where she served faithfully up until her death.

She was united in marriage to James Hamilton.  She was a caring mother, loving sister, aunt, and dedicated friend.  She will be dearly missed in her community.  Naomi Glispy Hamilton went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 5, 2019 at her place of residence. She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Rogers Lee Glispy, Sr., mother, Cyntree Glispy; and loving brother, Ray Charles Glispy.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories: four daughters, Tonette McCaskill of Tampa, Florida, Tonya McCaskill Gray (Orrin) of Newellton, LA, LaRonda McCaskill of Tampa, Florida, and Chrishal Wilkins of Tallulah, LA; two sons, Tommy McCaskill  and Kenneth Bell Glispy, both of Tampa, Florida; three brothers, Rogers Lee Glispy, Jr. (Gail) of Tallulah, LA, Reginald Glispy (Rochelle) of Houma, LA, and Michael Glispy (Loretta) of Houston, TX; six sisters, Olar Jason (Lester) of Carson, CA, Laurie Cannon (George) of Carson, CA, Gloria Moore (Lester) of Hodge, LA, Alberta Anthony (Brain) of Las Vegas, NV, Janice Gray (Greg) of Round Rock, TX, and Donna Williams (Randy) of San Antonio, TX; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
