Timothy Earl Hardmon was born on June 13, 1973, to Irene Hardmon and James (Billy) Burks. He was the oldest of six children. Tim accepted Christ at an early age and later became a member of the Rose Hill Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Frank Holden.
Tim attended the East Carroll School System with the class of 1991. Tim left Lake Providence at an early age and moved to Tallulah, LA, where he met Betty Candler, who later became his wife on April 6, 1996.
Tim found employment with Greater Day, then later became the manager of McDonald’s in Tallulah, LA. Tim often moved around, eventually arriving in Vicksburg, MS, where he found employment with Ryan Restaurant and became a manager there as well.
On July 10, 2019, Tim made it to his final destination, his eternal home in heaven.
Timothy was preceded in death by his son Timothy Earl Hardmon, Jr., his granddaughter Aubrey Sanders, his grandfather Mack Hardmon, his uncle Willie Williams, his uncle Bobby Burks, his aunt Lucille Burks, his cousin KeVon Hardmon, and his grandmother Mitida Burks.
He leaves precious memories with: his wife, Betty Candler Hardmon; his children, Kenessiah Sanders Levy (Acquindus), LaTerrika Sanders, both of Belle Rose, LA, Dionta Allen, DeMario Candler, Brittany Candler, all of Tallulah, LA, and Thomas Hardmon of Vicksburg, MS; mother, Irene Hardmon; father, James Burks; grandmother, Norma Hardmon; sisters, Valena Hardmon, Tandra Hardmon, LaKasha Laster, Shanika Laster, and NeTika Newman; brothers, Chad Hardmon, James (Pae) Nover, and Billy Dee Burks, all of Lake Providence, LA; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
