Mother Diane Denise Kyle was born August 2, 1960, to Mattie Moffett and the late Charlie Bartlett in Tallulah, LA. Upon her confession of Faith in Christ she joined Pleasant Grove II MBC, under the leadership of Reverend Kemp Burley, Jr., where she served as a mother on the Mother Board at her time of death. She was also a part of the First Color Church Family. She departed this life on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Glenwood Medical Center in Monroe, LA.
She graduated from Reuben McCall Senior High School in 1978. Upon graduation from high school she attended Tallulah Vocational Technical College where she became a licensed LPN.
She was married to Jessie Kyle, Sr. in 1981. Even though they divorced later in life, five beautiful children were produced from this blessed union. Jessie Jr. (41), Louvenia (39), Chadwick (37), Jermaine (31), and Terence (27).
She is preceded in death by her father, Charlie Bartlett; grandson, Troyvell Hopkins; sister, Teresa; and brother, Eric.
She leaves to cherish her legacy: mother, Mattie Moffett; one daughter, Louvenia (Ocie) Hopkins (Tallulah); four sons, Jessie, Jr. (Alexandria), Chadwick (Baton Rouge), Jermaine (Tallulah), and Terence (Tallulah); sisters, Dorothy, Brenda, Jackie, and Annie; brothers, Virgil, Gregory, MacArthur, and Greg; 11 grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, god-children, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
