He accepted Christ at a early age. he went to school at Rueben McCall in Tallulah, La. He was a all around person, a cook, a carpenter, a mechanic,
and a farmer. His passion was for cars, that when he earned the name " Lincoln Man "
He is proceeded in death by his mother Rosie L. Harris, Grandparents, Uncles, and Aunts
He leaves to cherish his memories 3 sisters that he loved dearly Muriel L. DeButts ( John ) of Tallulah, La., Lettie Williams ( Vincent ) of Houston Texas, Mary Prince of Las Vegas, Nevada
One daughter Evelyn Yvette Edwards of Baltimore, Maryland, one son Eskin Edwards Jr. of Las Vegas Nevada. Five grandchildren, Seven great grandchildren, two special Uncles whom he loved Steve Edwards of Omaha, Nebraska , Ervin Edwards Sr. of Lake Providence, La., and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends
