Eva
Carol Bradford
was born to the late Eddie and Annie B. Bradford on December 31, 1952, in
Newellton, Louisiana. She entered into eternal rest on March 3, 2021.
Eva
Carol accepted Christ at an early age while attending Stonewall Missionary
Baptist under the leadership of Reverend Bennie Washington.
Eva
was a graduate of Newellton High School. She worked at Tensas Nursing Home as a
dietary aide for 11 years. She lived life to the fullest through simple
pleasures; her hobbies were cooking and sewing as she became an admired
seamstress. Eva was a devoted mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time
with her family and friends.
Eva
was preceded in eternal life by her parents, Eddie and Annie B. Bradford; and
brothers, Charles and Stanley Bradford; and great-grandson, Cory Eugene Hannon,
Jr.
She
leaves to cherish her memories: her son, Kevin Earl (Robin) Bradford of
Newellton, Louisiana; sisters, Beatrice Wilson of Daly City, California,
Annette (Al) Mabrie of Hercules, California, Bernita (Ronnie) Lewis of Sache,
Texas, Laura (Mark) Davis of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Coetta (Robert) Bradford of
Arlington, Texas, Claudine Bradford of St. Joseph, Louisiana, and Claudette
Bradford of Ruston, Louisiana; brother, Willie Bradford of Newellton,
Louisiana; grandchildren, Kelvin Michael Smith of Miami, Florida, Alicia Shonte
Sampson of Dallas, Texas, and Kala Daniel Sampson of Newellton, Louisiana;
great-grandchildren, Kristen Michelle South of Newellton, Louisiana, and Ariya
Sampson of Dallas, Texas; a very special niece, Tremechelle Bradford of
Metairie, Louisiana; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
