KEJOYA DENISE REYNOLDS was born on March 29, 1997, in Vicksburg, MS, to Angela D. Stroughter and Kevin D. Reynolds. On October 6, 2020, at Ochsner LSU Health in Monroe, LA, God stretched out His loving arms and whispered to Kejoya Denise Reynolds, “Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace and be whole of thy plague” (Mark 5:34).
Kejoya started her educational path in the Madison Parish School District and graduated from Blytheville High School with the Class of 2015. As you can tell by her GLAM PHOTOS, her desire was to become a cosmetologist.
Kejoya was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandmother, Alberta V. Ewell, great-grandfather, Willie Stroughter, Sr., great-grandmother, Sarah Oliver Peterson, and her grandmother, Mary Nell Oliver, her paternal great-great-grandfather, Joe Purnell, great-grandfather, Taylor Williams, and great-grandmother, Willie Mae Jackson.
Kejoya leaves to cherish her loving memories: her son whom she loves dearly, Kaiden Joel Reynolds; her loving companion, Devontae Barber; her mother/best friend/cashapp buddy, Angela D. Stroughter; her father, her YES man, Kevin D. Reynolds; her brothers, Arkestion Stroughter (Cryshaun, Adrienne, Cameron, Remi), Larry Bolden, Jr. (uncle/brother) (Laylah Bolden), Devin Jackson, and Kevin Jackson; her sisters, Kamareanna Carter (KaMare, KaMryn, KarMen) and Kaidence Jackson; her maternal grandparents, Phillip and Erma Stroughter and Pauline Barber; loving mother-in-law, Melissa Barber; her paternal grandparents, Bobby and Joyce Dunbar; great-grandmother, Emma Purnell; great-great-grandmother, Elizabeth Moore; great-grandfather, Andrew Louis Dunbar, Sr. (Melissa); grandfather, Clifton Groves; great-grandfather, Joseph Bosley (Bernice); and a special confidante and “gossip buddy”, Richarda Dorsey-Fisher. Kejoya also leaves behind a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins.
