Ms. Shadonna Rena Henderson

    Shadonna Henderson, the daughter of Freddie Harris and Gloria Henderson, was born on July 23, 1976. Shadonna was the first born of two children.  At a young age, she confessed Christ, and joined Peters Rock Missionary Baptist Church.  She later joined Community Holiness Worship Hall.

 Shadonna was preceded in death by her grandparents.

  Shadonna leaves to cherish her memories Mishayla (Marcus), ShaCorria, and her shadow Heavenly and long time companion Joel Jackson of Natchez, Mississippi; her mother and best friend, Gloria Robinson; father, Freddie Harris; and brother, Granison Cox (LaMeka). A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and her special friend Carrie Mock.

 Shadonna graduated with the Class of 1995 from Reuben McCall Sr. High School and was a member of the band her full high school tenure.  She was diligently employed with the Olive Branch Nursing Home for more than twenty years, and then Legacy Nursing and Rehabilitation Center until the Lord called her home, on November 14, 2020. 

  Shadonna’s children were her heart and she loved them to the fullest, beyond measure.  She was a superb mother and daughter and she loved posting pictures on social media.
